Thanks Danny but we are not in a position to do several of these.

Message Limits have been strongly suggested in this Case with no success, the
Admins are fearlful of offending their Client Base (who are attornies) and so they
have not done this.

The idea of a new server has been suggested and will be pushed again. Exchange
2000 will also be considered.

Those things said, are there recommendations thatyou can see operating witihn the
current environment and modifying the current install that will/would be relavent?

What you really need is to shrink the size of the database. You can do this
with 3 methods:

1) apply storage limits to user mailboxes.

2) Move some users to a new server

3) Move to Exchange 2000 Enterprise which allows multiple mailbox stores.

These are the real solutions to your problem.
