Laura,

One other update. I just checked the properties of the "Exchange"
web (ie: under the default web for this IIS5) and it only had a
checkbox in "anonymous" as allowed to log-on. So I then checked both
"digest" and "integrated". Now, it does ask me to log-in, in order to
see the OWA log-on page, which is goof, I want that. That works.

The next step id to type your username into the field there and hit
enter, which I do, and then I get another log-in dialog box, which, no
matter what I enter, is never accepted, never goes away. I tried my
account, the admin's account, other people's accounts, nothing will
make that dialog box go away. When I finally give up and hit cancel,
then I get to the URL that I pasted in my original post as sort of the
"end of the road" kind of a place.

What does that mean?

Why would it not take a log-in I know is good?

Why when I hit cancel would it park me at that last URL? (I figured it
would give me a log-in failed page instead)

Thanks.

Jason

Hello again, Jason. Is this a problem for everyone trying to log in to
different mailboxes from different clients? If so then I'd look at the
server for the problem.

If you are the only one experiencing the problem, then first I'd try a
different machine. If that works, then see if any security settings
have
recently changed in your browser. Particularly any ActiveX or java
script
restrictions.
