Just reply to the message sent to you and it reopens your issue with all
notes intact. You don't need to copy and repaste email. This way your
subject line stays constant and the engineer looks for the subject line to
answer issues.
I believe the last question for you was: Is Exchange the only thing on
this box or does this box also have proxy on it for internet access?
You may want to repost with a good subject description and then paste the
last conversation with the answer & facts and then go on from there, then
just reply to the message as any email from then on.
