Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong branch banking experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working with retail branch operations, banking products, customer servicing workflows, and business/technology teams to document requirements, improve processes, and support delivery of banking initiatives.

 

Required Qualifications

·         5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.

·         Hands-on experience with branch banking or retail banking operations.

·         Strong understanding of branch processes, teller functions, account servicing, deposits, and customer onboarding.

·         Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflow diagrams, and gap analysis documentation.

·         Ability to work with cross-functional business and technical teams in an Agile and/or Waterfall environment.

·         Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

·         Experience supporting UAT and end-to-end requirement traceability.

 

Key Responsibilities

·         Partner with branch banking stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

·         Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and use cases.

·         Analyze current-state branch processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency.

·         Support initiatives related to account opening, deposits, teller operations, platform functions, customer servicing, and branch workflow optimization.

·         Work closely with technology, operations, product, compliance, and testing teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.

·         Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, gap analysis, and solution reviews.

·         Support UAT planning, test case review, defect triage, and validation of delivered solutions.

·         Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with regulatory and operational expectations.
