Microsoft Translator API doesn't work with my app

Welcome Everyone 

i've an issue when i've used Microsoft Translator Api

i've subscribed the FREE package with 2M chars

the problem is when i run my application using the emulator i got message from it said "Unfortunately Translator has stopped " any idea about this 

i've seen one post which talking about Microsoft Certificates which probably is my problem but i don't get the idea well
