Hi guys I can not get Token plz help

I am from China and I can not get Token on My android galaxy S3 ,

If I visit the tokenaccessUrl on my computer browser at home ,it response correctly but on my phone browser i got nothing ,but connection timeout Exception,

and In my office on both computer and phone got connecttion timeout ...if I use VPN the PC response correctly what is the problem ?

Hello Ezimet,

You may have different Internet providers at work and at home and cellular.

Try to connect to Internet over Wi-Fi in the same network that you home computer.
