Server Error in '/' Application. from IIS 7 ASP application to SQL dbase

We've been searching and searching but still have found no joy.
We've been able to query the ports from the webserver to the sql
server (1433-1434 both udp and tcp)
Checked that ASP is registered with IIS etc.
But are still at an impasse.
Any ideas?
Here is the error:
