SSCLI, and why I dropped it

Hi guys,

I actually dropped using SSCLI for what I was working on for a few
reasons:

- it was obvious that SSCLI was dead; and
- it no longer had any community for when hard questions needed
answers.

There are a number of far better alternatives:

- Mono: if you are really fixated on messing around with the internals
of a CLI implementation then Mono is great. Also, the codebase is a
lot cleaner.
- LLVM: awesome project (Google it for more), also has the beginnings
of an implementation of the CLI in the VMKit project.

I'd advise anyone using SSCLI for serious work presently to look at
the two alternatives listed.
