I'm getting an error 2000 when I try to pull my daily CC activity from Citi.

The datamanagement link records my Pocketsense but still gives me a 2000 error.  A call to Citi went waiing for 30 minutes with no one picking up there phone.  Anyone gettingt he error?  or have a solution?

I did get through to Citi.  Apparently it is moving to Barclay.   . All existing Barclays Aviator accounts were automatically transferred to comparable Citi AAdvantage products on April 24, 2026, without the need for cardholders to reapply.   The Citi technical service said that there are some issues in th conversion.  They suggested that we wait about 2 weeks to try again.  In the mean time, use use the Citi Website to download the OFXs.

Notice that the activation comes though as a Quicken Windows app.  I'm wondering if changes at Quicken will complicate Pocketsense.

I tried that link, and it looked encouraging... saying I had 10 minutes to connect.

Got ERROR still

My Pocketsense Citibank is now working.  You may need to go to your Citi>Profile>Manage Desktop Apps and do a Pockesence>Setup>Add or Modify to test it.

YES!

Logged into the website. Then went to  https://citi.com/datamanagement
Clicked Continue.
Then did a test with Setup.py in Pocketsense for the CitiCard account. Success!!!!!!!!

Thanks.
