Gaier No Longer Recognizes Paid Version?

I have been using Gaier's MSMoneyQuotes with Java MSMQuotes as a more verbose backup for years.  A few weeks ago, MSMoneyQuotes started telling me I was on the trial version whereas I have a receipt for the paid version. I've emailed Gaier support with no response.  Most annoying thing about the Java version is having the program closed.  No biggie, but I liked Gaier's better.

Any way to restore the functionality of this software?

When I put in my customer number it wants me to download the trial or buy it again.

I was able to download without issue from  MSMoneyQuotes - Download for Existing Customer 

Are you using the same email address as when you purchased?

It worked! 

and agree it's a sensational bargain.
