Last week I downloaded a QFX transaction file directly from Wells Fargo for my checking account.  When I opened it, there were no transactions to clear (there were supposed to be 10 transactions) .  I then deleted the download within Money by going to the Account List screen, right clicking on Transactions to read: 10 in the Review column and selecting Delete Statement.  The weird problem is that it didn't delete the statement, and it still says Transactions to read: 10 in the Review column.  A few days later I downloaded a new QFX file for the account.  At that point the Review column said: Transactions to read: 26.  There were exactly 16 new transactions and after entering/clearing them, the Review column went back to saying: Transactions to read: 10.  I've been unable to get rid of that entry in the Review column.  It's annoying more than anything else, but does anyone know how to delete this phantom?

I would try to repair your *.mny file. Start with
 File->RepairMoneyFile->QuickFileRepair

Then do
 File->RepairMoneyFile->StandardFileRepair level 2

Then again
 File->RepairMoneyFile->QuickFileRepair
