Payees not added to the Payee catalog automatically.

I have been doing some housekeeping in my file since its 140MG large.

I have deleted transacctions and as a result many payees zero transactions. Deleted many old payees and some new. Now when I add a withrawal, the payee does not automatically adds to the payee list, resulting in me having to add the complete name every time.

I can add them manually, but they used to do this automatically.

I have quick repaired the file with no results.
