Is anyone using the MS Money WILL making feature and do you think it would stand up to UK law?

I just found the feature and it's rather good.

You might post the navigation path that gets you to that Will-making feature.

I believe this is the "Will Maker Worksheet" under the Planning option.

As a UK user, I've never looked at it before, but I had a quick look.  Seemed quite neat, and it looks like Microsoft took advice from a UK law firm, Ash Clifford, when they designed the functionality.  Ash Clifford still seem to exist, although they look like a pretty small firm based in Somerset https://www.ashclifford.co.uk/wills-probate .  Not sure why the mighty Microsoft would have taken this sort of advice from such a small firm.  Anyhow, I looked at the output it produces, and it seemed okay for a simple will (but don't take my advice!).  Personally, I wouldn't use this functionality - if you need a simple will, get it done by one of the firms that participates in "Free Wills Month", or one of the other cost-effective solutions such as the Which? wills service.

The Money Sunset business version does not seem to have it.

No - use a solicitor since there are so many tax and legal pitfalls!

I’m using version 14.0.120.1105 in the UK and this will making option is nowhere to be found. I wouldn’t risk it anyway!

Indeed, and we've had lawyers do and re-do our wills. More than once. But Baha'is make payments and Money makes it a lot easier to calculate them.  I thought that the Will function might present some ideas. But not to use to replace a legally drawn up Will. Thanks to all
