Pocketsense won't download transactions

I finally got MS Money up and running on my MacBook. I am able to open my database fine and navigate without errors. However, I can't seem to get pocketsense to work. I have tried copying the appropriate files per the FullGuide. Getdata says no accounts have been setup. When I run the Setup.py, it also shows no accounts added but it does list my 4 institutions from my sites.dat file. So, I figured no big deal... I'll just add all my accounts new. But, when I go through the setup process and add my username and password for any of my accounts, it says to please check my username and password. But, I know they are correct. Any suggestions?

Hi Anthony,

Yeah, this problem has been on my list. Since there wasn't a lot of interest for pocketsense on the Mac side I kept punting on finishing it. The problem is because of security with python3. There's a python library call Requests that the pocketsense scripts need, and I can get it via macports like the rest of the dependencies. But the version of python3 that comes with the Mac won't use it.

So my plan is to get a dedicated python3 install just for pocketsense. Now that there's some interest I'll get started on it.
