Hope someone can help.
Have been using Microsoft money since around 1998 on my various laptops and desktops since then. I have a disc of Microsoft Money 2003 or 2004. Sorry I can't be more specific as currently on vacation in Australia and away from home in the UK. I have recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tablet and would like to know if I can use my disc to add Microsoft Money to the tablet which is an Android tablet.
Any help would be appreciated. I was told at the shop where it was purchased that they doubted I would be able to download successfully.
Many thanks
Ray Carr

I'm afraid not, unless the Android tablet can run a Windows emulator. Natively, Money only runs on the Windows operating system.

Yes actually  Microsoft money will not support android platforms.
I don't know why they are stopped this most beneficial software even still there are lot of lovers behind it.

I’ve been running MSMoney in Linux for years now so it is possible. Actually I plan to run Money this way indefinitely. Not sure if you can install Wine on your tablet, that’s step one.

Getting the whole thing running isn’t for the faint of heart though, it helps a lot if you have some experience running Linux.

I wrote up some instructions some time ago, and I need to update it.

Hopefully the link comes through but if not there’s a website called appdb dot winehq dot com. Search for Microsoft Money Sunset.

If you’re able to install wine on your tablet I’ll try to help.

I know nothing at all about Android tablets, but this website claims that it is possible to run Wine on Android:

If someone dives into this and succeeds, be sure to post the experience here.
