Any updates at all to the official MS Money Plus Deluxe Sunset since 2010

I have also been using MS Money since 1998, and I still love it! It is great for balancing accounts and it was a game changer in helping me get a picture of my spending on a month-by-month basis.  I have been using it without problems on Windows 10 (on a MacBook using Boot Camp). I'm using MS Money Plus Deluxe v.17.0 Build 19045. The "read me" file references January 2010. Are there any newer versions available online?

I would like to add new mortgages to my system (the technical aspects of which I've asked on a separate thread).  I think that there's a glitch.  When I select Mortgages/Loans under "Account List," I am getting an error message.  Are others experiencing this?  I'm open to any tips and tricks.  Thank you in advance!

(By the way, I have already gleaned that some of you are not finding it possible to continue using the program on Windows 11.  I really do not want to, but I may have to start fresh at some point.  I am optimistic that I will learn a lot from all of you.)

Tweaked to remove the activation requirement and most of the online updating features.

Ameridan, it's so good to see you here - I commented on your blog yesterday, after I found it.

Thank you much for sharing this patch.  I have not yet tried it (makes me nervous), but I hope that it repairs the Mortgages page.  Are there other patches that I might need?
