I called Fidelity and spoke with an actual IT tech support guy for 20 minutes.  I explained that closing down their OFX server was going to force me to transfer my accounts to E*Trade (which still works directly with PocketSense).  In particular, I told him if closing access was security related, then they could have addressed that in other ways.  My suggestions were to either implement 2FA (which, I believe, would just require a pause in PocketSense to input the authentication code), or include OFX downloads as an option along with CSV on the website.  He actually understood everything I was saying and said he would kick this upstairs and provide them with the recording of the call.  I'm not saying it's going to change, but they are listening.  It certainly wouldn't hurt if others also called (direct # (800) 544-7595).

One thing I found interesting is that he said the OFX server was taken down on December 1st.  Glad we were able to continuing accessing it until January 21 :)
