Job Description:

• Implement integrations requested by customers
• Deploy updates and fixes
• Provide Level 2 technical support
• Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
• Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors
• Investigate and resolve technical issues
• Develop scripts to automate visualization
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
• Experience with coding and scripting (Python, SQL, Java, JavaScript, Golang, Bash)
• Experience with source code management (Git, Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab)
• Experience with cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCloud)
• Experience with infrastructure as code (CloudFormation)
• Experience using build and deployment tools (Jenkins, Docker, etc.)
• Experience using configuration tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
• Experience with Kubernetes platform (OpenShift, EKS, AKS, GKE)
• Experience with automating code testing
• Experience working within Agile Development Practices
