IEEE-CIG 2018 competition

Just letting everyone know that there will be a microRTS competition at CIG 2018. The tentative initial deadline is July 15th, 2018, to give us 1 month of time to run the competition games. But anyone is welcome to submit bots earlier, so we can test them locally and make sure they will work fine in the competition machines!
