Problem building the 1.1 conference app update

After merging the 1.1 change and trying to build it, I'm seeing the following error when it comes to the vote service:

It looks like this change came in as part of the issues related to #160 PR. 

I have created https://github.com/eclipse/microprofile-conference/issues/177

We'll either have to get a fix or rollback those changes to move forward with the MP-1.2 work.

I added a comment on the issue, but I don’t think this is caused by PR #160. I think it is an unfortunate coincidence that the integration of that coincided with a problem on the download server for Liberty. If I’m right it should be fixed tomorrow.
