Updating MicroProfile API Tutorial to 7.1 and Adding New Chapters for Umbrella Specs

Hello MicroProfile Community,

I have started work on updating the official MicroProfile Tutorial
from version 6.1 to 7.1, along with adding three new chapters covering
key MicroProfile umbrella specifications.

The existing chapters are being updated to the following specifications:

- MicroProfile Rest Client 4.0
- MicroProfile OpenAPI 4.1
- MicroProfile Telemetry 2.1

In addition, the following new chapters are being introduced:

- MicroProfile Telemetry 2.1
- MicroProfile Reactive Messaging 3.0
- MicroProfile GraphQL 2.0

I would welcome suggestions, feedback, and contributions from the community.

I have updated the MicroProfile OpenAPI chapter to incorporate the latest features and enhancements introduced in MicroProfile OpenAPI 4.1, including support for OpenAPI Specification 3.0.
