generate openapi.yaml or openapi.json without running app server

Hello,

We'd like to feed swagger with openapi file which usually is available when the code contains corresponding annotations and app is deployed to MicroProfile compatible app server.

But our app server does not support MicroProfile.

Is there a way either programmatically or with some command line tool to scan the source code and generate openapi.yaml or openapi.json file?

Not sure if this is what you are looking for, there is the OpenAPI Generator project: https://github.com/OpenAPITools/openapi-generator
