Guest membership Process Changess

I took an action item during the Live Hangout to start guest membership renewal ballots for the Garden State JUG and Ostfalia. I chatted with Sharon, and guest membership renewal ballots are no longer required.  In July 2021, the Board approved changes to the Working Group Operations Guide. One of the changes is that “Guest membership is no longer on a one-year basis, renewable; instead, Guest membership remains until terminated as per WGPA (Working Group Participation Agreement).”  So, renewal ballots are not required.

When we update the MicroProfile charter to address the new membership fee (in Euro), we can also update the guest membership section.
