MicroProfile Fault Tolerance 2.0.2 release

We are preparing for a micro release 2.0.2 against MicroProfile Fault Tolerance 2.0.x branch with some TCK improvement. I have just done 2.0.2-RC1, which is available here.

I've just verified with SmallRye FT and Quarkus, we're good from my perspective

This is OK from Thorntail perspective as well (with MP FT 2.0.2-RC1 and SmallRye FT 2.0.13-SNAPSHOT).

Thank you Ken and LT for testing the TCKs! There is one more test change since the RC1. As a consequence, I have released 2.0.2-RC2m which can be found here.

Thanks LT for the confirmation! It also works with Open Liberty and Quarkus.

I have created the final release FT 2.0.2, which can be viewed from here and the artifacts are available in Maven Central as usual.
