Update on start.microprofile.io

Hi team,

Is there any update on start.microprofile.io? Tried to find a GitHub issue where this project could be tracked but there seems to be none.

At the moment, I believe Rudy is on holiday. I invited him to join bi-weekly call and hope to get the starter website started. I also suggest to put the source code to MP github. We should work with him to get the starter to go live asap.
