MP OpenAPI 1.0.1 RC1 is out

Hey everyone,

Our patch update, 1.0.1, for MP OpenAPI has its first release candidate available: https://github.com/eclipse/microprofile-open-api/releases/tag/1.0.1-RC1

Props to everyone that raised the TCK issues and worked on the fixes - truly a great collaboration between various folks.  

Please let us know of any issues/concerns.  I plan on doing a final release early next week.
