New MicroProfile Specification pages

Dear all,

I am so pleased to let you know that we have now got a brand new MicroProfile new Specification page (https://microprofile.io/specifications/), which was on our wishlist for quite a while.

Clicking `Learn More` on the specific specification will lead to a detailed page for that specification.

Clicking on the `See more` button will display a page where you can find all of the useful artifacts for that release.

We started creating the above detailed pages from MP 7.0. The previous release will just point to the release tag. We will improve the pages incrementally. The boxes on the frontpage will lead to the new pages as well.

Thank you all for your input on supplying the data! Big shout out to Ryan from Tomitribe for the design! If you find any incorrect information, please log an issue here.

What is the meaning of "Date Released: August 28, 2024" vs "Released Date: September 19, 2023" vs the date in EF release record: "Release Date
Wednesday, October 11, 2023 - 12:00"?
