Who's going to what fall conferences?

Hi,
Just looking to see what kind of coverage we have at the fall conferences.  Maybe we can do an impromptu meet-up if there are enough of us...  I will admit that some of my accepted talks are related to Jakarta EE instead of MicroProfile, but we can still promote MicroProfile...  :-)

Ahh, yes, I should not have forgotten the Reactive Summit!  :-)  Another conflict with ECE and OC1...  I'm assuming both you and James will be in Montreal...

Correct. And Clement is determined to make both. We're trying to accommodate him depending on what Oracle Code wizards decide.

Yeah, I decided that I couldn't make both ECE and OC1.  Thus, Ian taking over my talk at OC1...  :-)  Montreal and San Fran are doable, if the schedule gods allow...

That's about it in terms of my large conference footprint for the rest of the year. In the new year I'll likely be at DevNexus, CodeMash, ConFoo, etc.

Same for me, as Jakarta EE Committee Member (the only Committer rep as Ivar is expected to be in San Francisco for other duties like JCP EC) I plan to participate in the WG activities and some presentations on Monday, but I won't be at the rest of the conference.

Oh yes and while my JVM-Con talk is not directly related to MicroProfile (more on the Jakarta EE side with JNoSQL) Rudy also has a talk about MicroProfile there. We also have two Red Hat speakers, but their sessions are related to Kubernetes, not so much to Java or Java based solutions.
