No clean up, just a bunch of events and the actual event is no longer in the calendar. We need to set it up again.
Before, the structure of this call had a few Admin emails as manage with edit/access including committers@ email for MP with individuals: you, john & cesar.
This must be a google bug. Internally, we got in Jan a few issues with our own google calendars and the repeats only visible to the people who actually created the events.
I say, lets re-add it. I was the one to add the MP calls for 2019 and I don’t have history of what went down [aside from all the emails telling me about “failure notifications” with many addresses and the 8 repeats of the event.
Easily I can re-set it once again yet this time, YET I will like to recommend we remove the committers@ email and keep the Admin list to the bare minute for Stewards’ shield. :)
