EF and MPWG fees - voting rights

Hi, Paul, I have a question regarding the timing of payment of fees for new MicroProfile Working Group Members. In a scenario where new org wishes to join and has met the criteria for joining the MPWG, must the required membership fees be received both by the EF and MPWG before they have voting rights?

Hi Vincent

The Eclipse Foundation membership agreement and MicroProfile working group participation agreement both need to be fully executed by both parties to formally join the working group and have voting rights. Once the agreements are executed, invoicing and payment follows, it does not gate participation in the working group.
