December beautiful MicroProfilers,

On Dec. 1st, during the MP 4.0 release call, we discussed the necessity for MPWG to end 2020 with its Committer Member Representative active as a member of the Steering Committee.

Important: Please read Sharon's (EF-EMO) process timeline - delivered on Dec 1st MPWG email. Thank you, Sharon!
We decided on the nomination timeline during the call, the goal is to close 2020 with the MP elected Rep chosen by the MP Committers. Given the work on MP 4.0, we accepted Sharon's help to own the activity on behalf of the MPWG as a free service available to the EF Working Groups.

Thus far, 2 MicroProfiler committers, Bruno Baptista & Edwin Derks, have stepped in. More nominations are welcomed!

If you are an MP committer who:
  1. loves communicating openly,
  2. detest private-vacuum collaboration,
  3. avoids/polices the bothersome "me-first mentality,"
  4. enjoys gathering/tracking community feedback via open channels,
  5. understands the value of listening to understand the HOW/WHY/WHAT
  6. .... checks his/her ego at the door when jumping into the MP ecosystem,
THEN
The MP committers & contributors need YOU.   Just remember that Rep Seat allows you to speak on behalf of the entire community of contributors and committers.  You could be fired from that seat.  The Rep seat is earned and kept via actions and words that show you are working beyond yourself for what is best for MP.

Do you care enough to learn how you can participate in the election?  Ask away via this thread!
