Both MicroProfile 1.4 and 2.0 Releases are Official!

Hi Team!
We were finally able to cross all the t's and dot all the i's on the 1.4 and 2.0 releases!  The sonatype push hasn't occurred yet, but that should be done shortly...  Thanks to everyone involved in developing the component releases!

In MP 2.0 release. there is an error on the json-b group id (https://github.com/eclipse/microprofile/pull/37). We need to do a MP 2.x release as soon as possible. MP 2.1 release?

Wouldn’t a 2.0.1 be best given it is a bug fix up?

I am ok with either way, since MP umbrella release number does not follow semantic versioning but a marketing number.

Darn it!  Sorry about this incorrect update!  Thanks to @Daniel-Dos for reporting this problem and providing a quick fix.

My vote is to go with MP 2.0.1 (vs MP 2.1).  Although we're not following semantic versioning for the umbrella spec, I think going with MP 2.1 would signal new updates to the component specs.  JSON-B was supposed to be introduced with MP 2.0.  We're fixing the pom to properly include JSON-B.

I'll start this processing...

I've started the prep work for the 2.0.1 release...  I need some review assistance with the initial PR...  I've asked a few people via github, but any of our committers are welcome to review my changes...  Thanks!
