Versioning Plugin explained at tomorrow's Hangout

In recent MP Metrics release, a backward incompatible changes slipped through. Luckily Ken spotted it. In order not to repeat the same mistake, I strongly advise all of MP specs seriously honour the semantic versioning plugin, which will spot all backward incompatible and minor changes for you automatically and version the APIs correctly. I enabled the plugins for many specs. Please do not disable it. I'll go through all specs and raise issues for the ones who did not enable the plugin.

I have put an agenda item regarding versioning plugin in tomorrow's MP hangout. During the call, I will briefly talk about the plugin and how to use it. I recommend all of you who do Spec release attend the call if possible or watch the recording if you can't make it.
