Marketing Hangout after JavaOne Conf

To all, 

The last marketing hangout is currently scheduled for Sept 29th 8am PDT. Currently the hangouts are scheduled every friday to help plan MP mktg fun for J1. 

Future: 

I recommend to the MP mktg team to create and send a doodle survey with a set deadline (1 week to gather feedback or so)  & ask via the 2 MP forums for #MicroProfilers feedback on what day the future Mktg hangouts are to take place after J1.  The mktg calls are open to anyone interested and out to take place bi-monthly moving forward. 

Mkgt initiatives goal is the alignment with MP different sections, currently: JSR-Conf matters, Metrics, Health Check, Fault Tolerance, Security & a next one in play by John A [who is currently gathering feedback on what day to set REST client spec weekly calls].  

Given that MP hangout takes place bi-monthly (no matter what)  on Tuesdays 11am-12pm PDT & includes the overview on each current MM working group, it seems best for the Mktg hangout to align itself with MP hangout schedule & likely take place the Monday before MP hangout (Oct 16th) OR keep it on Fridays, then Oct 13th seems like an ok date.  To be decided by the doodle pool and MicroProfilers' feedback. 

MP marketing future strategy, 2018 requires the #MicroProfilers participating on  the above projects to scale what is happening in each project.  It seems optimal that teams follow MP hangout structure and write minutes and send them off to MP 2 forums after each call is completed. This potential standard needs to to be discussed via MP hangout, it requires to gather the feedback of its community.   Topic will be added to next MP hangout after J1.

Lastly, it is crucial that MP hangout & Mktg Hangouts get recorded moving forward, irrelevant of any person attending such calls.  

How about we create MP admins that allow those 2 hangouts to be recorded no matter what & ensure that those who miss the calls have access to the video, afterwards?
