That is the project *proposal* page, when it was first submitted to the Eclipse Foundation. You'll notice that other participating companies are missing too, since they joined after the project was proposed and accepted (e.g. Fujitsu).
The "real" project site can be reached from
https://www.eclipse.org/microprofile. You'll notice some "Active Member Companies" there. Those companies are out of our control and are automatically generated by the Eclipse project page when someone who is a member of those companies commits to a repository owned by the project. Since you're a partner now, I think that anyone with an @
hazelcast.com email address who commits with that address will cause the logo to appear. Other contributors who use their personal email may need to make sure that they are explicitly added as members of Hazelcast.
