MP Rest Client 1.3 Now Available

MicroProfile Rest Client 1.3 is now available:

Today we released MP Rest Client 1.3.1.  In this micro release, we fixed two issues:

1) We fixed an issue in the SSL TCK that was affecting recent versions of Jetty - see more info here: https://groups.google.com/d/msg/microprofile/PrBimgpQR7Y/t--kheTyAgAJ  and in Issue #194

2) We made the JSON-B dependency be optional (as it was in 1.2).  The planned direction is to make JSON-B a hard dependency, but as that would require a major (breaking) release, we decided that we should keep it optional.
