Moving forward with converting to new style release testing

Hi all,

If no one objects, since 1.2 is pretty much done, I'm going to request Eclipse Infra to resume the work to setup our bot user and jenkins configuration to work with the more automated release process.  I'll leave this for today and post in the ticket tomorrow morning unless someone says otherwise.

It would be great if we can try a new automated process in Jenkins with MP 1.2, if we can use it this or next week. Otherwise, we'll use the old process and try the new one later.
