Template for hangouts

Hi all,

I would like to start a re-occuring hangout for OpenAPI, so was looking for some guidance such as:
- which tool is preferred for the call (ie: my corporate phone/ emeeting, google hangouts, bluejeans, etc)
- what is the preferred tool for capturing agenda / minutes

Any should work, as long as they support VoIP and internal dialing (don't forget you'll have attendees at least from US and Europe, based on our current distribution).  I personally use google hangouts as primary, corporate gtm as secondary.

- what is the preferred tool for capturing agenda / minutes

I believe almost everyone is using a google doc w/ edit enabled to allow folks to edit the agenda/minutes.  I'm personally more of an issue tracker person, so I tend to add notes and AI's directly in github issues, or track items to create issues.
