Jakarta EE 10 planned alignment with MP Context Propagation

I have been asked to ensure that the plans for aligning Jakarta EE with MP Context Propagation are visible outside of just the group that has been working on the Context Propagation spec.
There are no changes to plans here from what has been documented on the MicroProfile Context Propagation github project home page https://github.com/eclipse/microprofile-context-propagationfrom its beginning, which is to copy over ManagedExecutor/ThreadContext interface methods from MP Context Propagation back to Jakarta EE Concurrency (many of which themselves originally came from a proposal to Java EE Concurrency) such that a single implementation can simultaneously implement and be compatible with both specifications.  This is proposed for Jakarta EE 10, and I've split it up into several logical groupings that so that the Jakarta EE Concurrency community will be able to choose to accept all or just some of it.
