Request for eclipse/microprofile-opentracing repository

Hi Group,
A microprofile.io proposal for distributed tracing API was discussed under the old process for specifications.
Proposal is here : https://github.com/eclipse/microprofile-evolution-process/blob/master/proposals/0007-DistributedTracingAPI.md
I believe there was consensus to go forward with the proposal.

The specification proposes to implement four annotations for exposing opentracing function to a microprofile.io application

@NoTrace
@TraceDecorate
@Tracer

These annotations would allow a developer to easily instrument their code to add open tracing function.
We now need a repository to put the api, spec, and tck content.

Proposed name for repository is eclipse/microprofile-opentracing.

I have submitted the bug tracker for you:  https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=518995

But, for future reference, anybody should be able to request a microprofile-xxx repo.  We have the process documented on our wiki:
https://wiki.eclipse.org/MicroProfile/EclipseCreateNewRepository

(I don't believe you need to be a committer to request a repo...)

I thought Steve's note was to summarise the deliveries again and share the repo name:o. I think the repo name makes sense.
