The first place to document things for the project is now the MicroProfile Wiki. Previously, the eclipse/microprofile repository was used as a place to introduce people to the project and answer some FAQs. Now that Thiago has updated the microprofile.io website, there is a better place for anything not covered by the Wiki to live. It also has the added advantage of being a little more dynamic.I propose we:(a) ensure everything currently documented in the eclipse/microprofile repository is covered in either the Wiki or on the website.(b) retire the repository altogether.Does anyone disagree?--

Instead of retiring, let's just purge it from unnecessary info and leave only basics in the readme. It should work as an index for other repositories and resources, e.g. links to micoprofile.io and the wiki page.
