Health API repository

In preparation to the work on the actual health API, we do require new git repository. Can someone help to set this up or tell me what steps are needed to request a new repo?
I would suggest the following location for MP-0003:

Hi Heike,

You as a committer should be able to raise a bug with Eclipse to request a new repository. See the instructions I've collected on our wiki: https://wiki.eclipse.org/MicroProfile/EclipseCreateNewRepository

In case somebody at Eclipse objects that we already have a lot of repositories, I suggest describing the purpose of the repository and explain the nature of the MicroProfile project and our specific requirements for delivering independent specifications that can have different delivery cycles. I think this has been clarified with Eclipse (Mike Millinkovich and Wayne Beaton) already.
