MP-JWT hangout tomorrow

Let's try to get on a hangout tomorrow and discuss the open items to see what might make sense for a 1.0.1 release for the MP 1.4 release. I'll build up the agenda in the meeting notes today, but it will touch on the open items and various discussions that have been floating around.

Hi,

I can probably make it tomorrow, but perhaps it would be better for most people to set the date for a meeting a little bit more in advance, and then use the MicroProfile calendar (https://calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?src=gbnbc373ga40n0tvbl88nkc3r4%40group.calendar.google.com) so it's clear to everyone the meeting is there?

Okay, the wiki mentions 14:00 too ("Hangouts are currently every Friday at 14:00 GMT. The video conference BlueJeans, via Scott Stark's Meeting"), but every Friday doesn't seem quite correct anymore.

I'll see if I by some miracle am able to add it to the calendar.

Every committer should be able to modify the MP calendar. I granted this priviledge to Scott too. Scott, you should be able to grant this priviliedge to other committers who don't have it. Please don't give it to non-committers unless really necessary.

The meeting notes have been updated to reflect the discussion about what we thought could be included in a 1.1 release by next month. I believe all of the current open issues have been marked as either 1.1 or 2.0, and I'll kick on some threads for items we need more discussion around.

I noticed something interesting on the Apache mailing list:

Oltu which has not seen or new releases for almost 2 years (hence its termination) had somewhat similar goals to MicroProfile JWT feature, but it looks like it was not well-maintained nor used even by those here with the strongest Apache roots (TomEE or Hammock) otherwise it probably would have survived.

I have moved it back to 7am PDT. That is what it was originally, but I think with the spring forward it got left behind.
