Where is the new logo and associated licensing?

Hi Marketing team,
We have this great new logo, but where can I find the package of usable logos in its various incantations?  On our unveiling call, I thought it was mentioned that these would be made available, but I can't find them.

Also, I would assume that these logos will be licensed under the Apache license like the rest of MP material.  Is that correct?  Are there any other terms of usage that we need to be concerned with? 

I'm assuming all of this is or will be documented on the respective url, but I just can't find it.

Thanks, Cesar.  After I posted my question, I kept digging and eventually found these artifacts.  But, what about the licensing and terms of use?  I haven't found that yet...

Also, should we have a link to this material off of microprofile.io?

Looking at the minutes from that meeting, it looks like the Eclipse Terms of Use will apply to our logos:

Correct?

And, can we make the official logos and associate pointer to the Terms easier to find?  Maybe have it available from the microprofile.io site?

Raised a similar question to my team recently.  For the previous MP logo we had to file some paperwork to transfer IP and Trademark on the logo itself.  I assume the same is true here.

Mike, can you confirm?  Assuming this is the case, can you send us over the right paperwork ?

Logistically, none of the marketing people are committers and there is no agreement on file for them that grants permissions.  Certainly I’d feel better going through the motions of an explicit IP/Trademark handoff.

The agreement they need to sign is on our legal page. See the third bullet under https://www.eclipse.org/legal/#Trademarks

That agreement will take care of the trademark rights. To be extra careful, they should also sign the ECA, and contribute the artwork to Eclipse Microprofile via a GitHub Issue. That will take of ensuring that the actual bits that make up the logo are contributed under the Apache License.

Since I signed the transfer & domain  agreements already, is it easier for me do just add the 1 page via exhibit for the last go work done by Triber Ryan instead?

Does Triber Ryan work for Tomitribe? If yes, sure. If not, then a separate agreement signed by them would be required.

Excellent!  So, now that we have the agreements in place...  How do make the logos themselves more accessible?  Will they be made available via microprofile.io?  Or, should we link them off of our eclipse.org/microprofile site?

I recommend both sites:  MP.io & eclipse MP site hold MP logo data, in addition to the MP Cookbook git skeleton known to be THE source of  MP “truth” across its sections— Operations/Business & Technical. 

Relevant that Cookbook git has yet to be tackled to include any mktg or legal data.  It seems that Mktg still doesn’t have 1 place where it keeps all its working documents accessible to the Community via Eclipse INFRA.  
All INFRA needs to be adjusted under the Eclipse Foundation requirements.  

 Direct recommendation is to add the task & keep in mind the need to constantly update the MP CookBook git, currently in place yet poor in data  to show progress & adjustments.

If we checked in a zip of the current MicroProfile logo files into https://github.com/microprofile/microprofile-site will the zip magically be available via microprofile.io or do we need to put it in microprofile-site-config and redeploy?
