JavaOne Sponsorship Deal/Opportunity

Hi folks,

We have a very nice deal at hand for JavaOne sponsorship that I think we
should take advantage of. Jakarta EE has a substantial sponsorship at
JavaOne for around $25K. They are willing to let us piggyback on this
sponsorship for $5K.

What we will get is a joint booth. This includes a joint banner, rolling
deck, swag distribution opportunity and of course booth presence.

What do you think? Other than at DevNexus (which I hope we are arranging
already), I don't think we will get another sweetheart deal like this at
a major event. Note, the Eclipse Foundation event (Open Community for
Java), is not happening this year so we should have ample budget for this?

Can we close the loop on this quickly? Alternately, I am happy to open a
formal working group vote (on the working group mailing list) if the
marketing folks think this a good enough idea.
