MicroProfile-related items for upcoming 2019 OCO and ECE

Hello MicroProfile Community,

Per yesterday's MP Hangout action item, we have created the following sheet for tracking MicroProfile-related activities for the upcoming 2019 Oracle CodeOne and EclipseCon Europe conferences.

Please add your talk, your vendor booth participation, any announcements that will take place at either one of these two conferences.

The main point of contact for the maintenance of this sheet is Shabnam (copied) from the Eclipse Foundation. Thank you Shabnam!

Speakers submitting their MP talk (s) accepted via git tickets directly to the Repo with at least 2 weeks notice is preferable and what works BEST today.
