Hello,
Personally I built this schematic LPC1343, and now I do not know how
to record the program on it.
I put the USB cable, by pressing RESET and MSC and nothing appears to
detect the hardware in windows. I have to leave Hold down the RESET
button?
Should I write the first program via UART?
Using the program philips-flash-utility and connect the RX and TX
pins with the PC for making the record?
Can anyone help me ae!
Thank you!

I didn't tried yet the card but it seems that you are missing
firmware?

Normally you use JTAG to flash the chip first time with firmware,
after you can use other interfaces to put your program in

Did you populate the P-CH MOSFET and 1.5k resistor? If yes, then
just plugging the board in should cause a Windows pop-up error even if
the IC itself is non-functional.

If the IC works then pressing MSC+RESET, then releasing RESET, then
releasing MSC after plugging in the board should start the bootloader.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to use JTAG as the LPC1343 only
supports SWD. It will be a while before SWD is added to OpenOCD.
Check out http://libswd.sourceforge.net

Take a multimeter and test the resistances between D+,D- and
GND,VCC. Also, what is the voltage between GND and VCC with the board
plugged in? Does the IC get hot when the board is plugged in? Check
all resistor values and the at least the crystal capacitor values. Do
you have an oscilloscope you could hook up to check if the crystal is
oscillating? Even a multimeter voltage reading of the crystal pins
would be useful.

It would be helpful if you sent some pictures of your board. Did
you populate everything except the microSD and JTAG header?

Perfect,
Thank you for such a detailed answer to help me to solve the problem.
The circuit / LPC1343 design is perfect!
Re-soldered the ic NXP and entered into a USB bootloader As
mentioned.
Thank you ....
MCU OK! Biosensor next step!
