Wrong product no

Sir,

I have started using your product SMS swich(License No. 1260-1808-6063-0971-0707-6095 :also copied and pasted) I followed your instruction and obtained, by registering myself at your web site, the product key no.I copied and pasted it in the window for activation. The sofiware declares that the lecense no and product no do not match!! Help!!!
