Migrated to Google Sites since Groups is being neutered

As you may have noticed; Google is going to drastically limit the
capability of Google Groups and they are basically forcing you to use
Google Sites for web pages and Google Docs for files. I've setup a
new site, moved all of the files over, and I think it's all setup!
Let me know if I missed anything or if you see any blatant
mistakes.
