Help with Command Line Option --id EmulatorID

I can't seem to get this to work in Windows. I'm trying to run
different instances of microemulator (MGMaps and Opera Mini) and the
Config2.xml file gets overwritten by one or the other. This effects
the file system root specified by the JSR-75 implmentation. Your help
is greatly appreciated.
